Warzone needs to add this game
With Verdansk coming back in Season 3, Warzone needs to add this meta movement Perk from Black Ops 6 to help the OG map recapture the magic.
Although Warzone has fully integrated with BO6, meaning all of its weapons are available in the BR, not everything is shared. Certain features remain exclusive to one game or the other, since the two look and play very differently.
This means that there are a few powerful loadout options that only multiplayer fans get to enjoy, while those who stick to the free-to-play option miss out. But with Verdansk making its long-awaited return in the Season 3 update, there’s one Black Ops 6 Perk that would be perfect if it moved over to Warzone too.

Slipstream was added to Black Ops 6 with Season 2 as a new Perk 3 option. Its effect is simple, it buffs your regular sprint speed and removes that Tac Sprint option altogether. Tac Sprint has become a core part of Call of Duty over the years, offering an extra burst of speed that’s ideal for getting around the map, but it’s also proved controversial.

Given that movement has been an ongoing concern in Warzone since the launch of Caldera, this Perk would be a welcome addition to give Verdansk that fluid feeling we all remember.
CoD expert WhosImmortal broke down the stats of how Splitstream affects sprinting in BO6 and how it might look in Warzone. He found that overall, your general sprinting is slightly slower than Tac Sprinting, especially when using Double Time which extends the duration.

“From sprinting into ADS, sliding, or diving, whatever the case is, it’s not nearly as clunky as with Double Time,” he said in his video. “So, Warzone not having this, I feel like is kind of an L.”

So, if their findings match the general feeling within the community, don’t be surprised to see Slipstream introduced to Warzone alongside Verdansk.
